The Greater Polson Community Foundation is offering a Grant Application Workshop at two separate times in the board room of the Greater Polson Community Foundation on Thursday, February 20th & Tuesday, February 25th from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. The GPCF Boardroom is located in the basement suite of the Salish Building at 110 Main Street, Polson.
Smaller sessions are being offered this year in order to be more responsive to individual questions. Workshop attendance is totally optional. The workshop will walk an applicant through the process and is beneficial to non-profits writing grants or foundation requests for funding. We are charging a $5.00 fee to cover a light lunch for participants. We are limiting attendance to the first 12 participants to register for either of the sessions.
The GPCF is also inviting your non-profit group to apply for the 2020 grant cycle. The 2020 grant application deadline is Friday, April 24, 2020. Grant applications will be accepted from non-profit organizations with a 501 c (3) status in the Greater Polson area. The Committee is looking for how well the prospective project matches the mission and values of the GPCF as well as addressing critical needs that strengthen our community. As you prepare your application, think about how your project can enhance and improve the lives of the people who live here.
GPCF will accept applications for pre-screen completeness until April 10th 2020 and complete applications must be postmarked no later than Friday, April 24th. The complete 2020 Grant Application is available to download online at www.greaterpolsoncommunityfoundation.org where you will also find a list of previous GPCF grant recipients.
To pre-register for one of the two grant workshops, please contact Jennifer at the GPCF office at (406) 883-4723 or send an email to: [email protected]. We look forward to your attendance at the workshop as well as your application for this grant cycle.
